My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The location right on the lake was stunning, and while the room was clean and comfortable, it had a few dated elements. The dining experience was a highlight with amazing views and delicious food. However, we did experience some disruptive noise from events outside, which made it hard to relax at times.

Rooms

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a king bed and a small balcony with a beautiful view. Although the bathroom was small, it was well-maintained, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch.

The hotel had great amenities, including a pool and complimentary bikes and boats for guest use. Unfortunately, the outdoor events created noise that interrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. On one hand, the cleanliness and comfort were lovely, and the staff showed great attention to detail during these unusual times. However, the service left much to be desired regarding how we were treated, which significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. The tension with staff and the constant reminders of mask policies made our trip feel less welcoming than it should have been.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a beautiful view of the lake. However, the doors to the hallway weren't soundproofed and we heard a fair amount of noise, especially in the mornings.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and accommodating, others were rude and unprofessional regarding our medical exemptions. This behavior overshadowed the positive moments.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located right on the lakefront, making it a beautiful spot with easy access to various local attractions, restaurants, and parks.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was enjoyable, but we often felt on edge due to the staff's unnecessary comments about our mask status.
Facilities

The hotel boasted nice amenities, including a pool and hot tub, but usage was tightly controlled, which added to a sense of discomfort.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, nestled by the beautiful lake with stunning views. The staff, particularly Julia, made our stay extra special, especially as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. The room was delightful, and the Club Lounge offered a great atmosphere for relaxing. However, be aware that extra fees and taxes can add up, but overall, it felt like a fair value considering the quality and the location.

Our deluxe King room was very nice, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. It provided an amazing view of the lake.

The service was fantastic. Julia at check-in greeted us warmly, and the team in the Club Lounge was incredibly attentive. Early check-in was a plus.
Location

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake, which is fantastic. Initially, the room I was assigned had issues with the mattress being slanted, but the staff was accommodating in moving me to a suite with a much better view. However, the overall experience was marred by some outdated room decor and inconsistent service, making it less than ideal for future visits.

Rooms

The suite we moved to provided a lovely lake view but felt a bit dated overall.
Service

While some staff were accommodating, I encountered issues with room service and inconsistent reception assistance.
Location

Dining

The restaurant had a great view and decent food, but I felt the pricing was a bit high for the overall value.
Facilities

The facilities were adequate but could use some modern upgrades for a more luxurious feel.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk around, and I appreciated the beautiful waterfront view. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my room and overall service that left me feeling underwhelmed. The staff was courteous but didn't seem to fully address my concerns, which was frustrating given the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room was generally clean but had some maintenance issues, such as uncomfortable beds and noisy air conditioning. I expected more given the cost.
Service
6.0
The service was polite, but I encountered delays and miscommunication, especially regarding room keys and amenities.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, within walking distance to various restaurants and attractions, not to mention the beautiful waterfront.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience fell short with less variety than advertised and a lack of timely service during room service.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent but not up to the luxury standard I anticipated, especially given the extra resort fees I was charged.
