My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The location right on the lake was stunning, and while the room was clean and comfortable, it had a few dated elements. The dining experience was a highlight with amazing views and delicious food. However, we did experience some disruptive noise from events outside, which made it hard to relax at times.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. On one hand, the cleanliness and comfort were lovely, and the staff showed great attention to detail during these unusual times. However, the service left much to be desired regarding how we were treated, which significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. The tension with staff and the constant reminders of mask policies made our trip feel less welcoming than it should have been.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel, nestled by the beautiful lake with stunning views. The staff, particularly Julia, made our stay extra special, especially as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. The room was delightful, and the Club Lounge offered a great atmosphere for relaxing. However, be aware that extra fees and taxes can add up, but overall, it felt like a fair value considering the quality and the location.
The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake, which is fantastic. Initially, the room I was assigned had issues with the mattress being slanted, but the staff was accommodating in moving me to a suite with a much better view. However, the overall experience was marred by some outdated room decor and inconsistent service, making it less than ideal for future visits.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk around, and I appreciated the beautiful waterfront view. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my room and overall service that left me feeling underwhelmed. The staff was courteous but didn't seem to fully address my concerns, which was frustrating given the price I paid.
